This is a woodblock-printed book compiled based on the Korean translation of the scriptures of the Guansheng Religion, which worshipped Guan Yu, a general of the late Eastern Han Dynasty of China, as a deity. It was compiled at the order of King Gojong of the Joseon Dynasty in 1880. The names of the compiler and the translator are not known.
