Reservation Guide

• 1Visitors are required to make reservations online (telephone reservations are not accepted).
• 2Reservation for up to five peple can be made at once, and reservations can only be made once per day (including individual and group).
• 3Online reservations are available from 00:00 14 days before the date of visit to 50 minutes after the start of each session.
• 4The reservation will be automatically canceled if you do not enter the museum 30 minutes after the session starts.
  (*Cancelled tickets will become available for individual online reservation.)
• [No-show Policy]
  If you have not entered by 30 minutes after the start of the session without cancellation, visiting of the children's museum will be restricted for 60 days from the date of a no-show, and all reservations within the restricted period will be cancelled.

Admission Guide

• 1On-site ticketing is not available. Reserved mobile tickets must be checked at the entrance to the museum.
• 2Admission of visitors without children or children without adult guardians is restricted.
• 3Reservations need to be made for toddlers under 36 months old.

Other Notices

• 1Private docent tours (e.g. field trips) and lectures are prohibited.
• 2If you wish to visit the museum for a field survey, you must receive permission in advance over the phone and in written form. Refer to the Children's Museum website.

Group Reservation Guide

• 1Group reservations are available for groups of 10-200 preschool and elementary school children (including guides).
  (*Everyone in the group is required to be included in the reservation, regardless of age. Reservations can only be made for unreserved tickets for each session.)
• 2Reservations can only be made once a day (inlcuding both individual and group reservation)
• 3Group information and appropriate certificate (such as a business registration certificate) are required to make reservations.
• 4Only individual reservation is available on weekends and public holidays.
• 5Group reservations are available from 00:00, 90 days before the visit date, and the reservations and cancellations can be made until to 22:00, 15 days before the visit date.
• 6If you do not enter within 30 minutes of the start of the round, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
  (*Group reservations cannot be made on the same day after a cancellation.)

  Group reservations will be restricted for one year from the date of a no-show in the following cases: 1) Cancellation within 14 days prior to the date of the visit (restricted if this occurs more than two times)
  2) Not visiting without cancellation after making a reservation (restricted if more than one time)

Group Admission Guide

• 1On-site ticketing is not available. Reserved mobile tickets must be checked before entering at the entrance to the museum.
• 2Please leave your personal belongings in the vehicle or use the lockers (for groups) in the lobby of the Children's Museum.
• 3A place for eating is not provided in the Children's Museum.

Other Notices

• 1Guided tours and classes are not currently allowed.
• 2Adult visitors without accompanying children and children without accompanying adults will be denied admission.
• 3If you wish to make an official on-site survey of the Children's Museum, you must receive permission in advance over the phone and in written form.
