Polished Stone Dagger
Polished stone daggers are one of the representative artifacts of the Korean Bronze Age, and they have also been found in the Kyushu region of Japan. Most such daggers have been discovered in relatively large houses and burials, suggesting that they were possessed only by people of high status. Some polished stone daggers are more than 40 cm in length, with incised decorations and hilts that are too large to have been easily grasped. Such daggers were probably used for rituals or other ceremonies, rather than for practical purposes.
