Celadon Roof Tiles

According to Goryeosa (History of Goryeo), the roof of Yangijeong Pavilion, built in 1157, was covered with celadon tiles; these tiles seem to support that record. In particular, the cylindrical roof-end tile is incised with two circles, with an outer circle of embossed dots and an embossed peony design in the center.
