This is the epitaph tablet of Princess Suryeong or Lady Kim, who was fourteen when she married Wang On of the Goryeo royal family. Her husband died when she was twenty-nine, leaving her to raise three sons and a daughter on her own. She was eventually forced to send her only daughter to the Yuan court, and according to the epitaph, she missed her daughter so much that she died of sorrow.
