Epitaph for Yang Teakchun, who was a Civil Official during the Age of the Military
This is the inscription of the tomb of Yang Taekchun, marked on the rear with four lines of Buddhist holy words written in Sanskrit. At around 60 years of age, Yang became a county official as his first government position. He became prosperous in his later years, but he knew when to be reserved. Three of his five sons became monks.
