Bottle with Fish, Buncheong ware with incised design
This bottle was first coated entirely with white slip using a rough brush before a sharp tool was applied to incise designs. This type of incising was particularly popular in the Jeolla-do Province. The fish rendered through a skillful execution of lines appears to be smiling.
