This maebyeong with its densely inlaid designs demonstrates the continuation of traditions from Goryeo celadon in terms of its form and inlay. The body is decorated with designs including lotus flowers, waves, and grass. On the largest section is a fish swimming leisurely through waves. The designs of waves and fish scales have been rendered in a regular manner, conveying a tidy look.
