This white porcelain jar is decorated with designs of a dragon and clouds in cobalt-blue underglaze. Though the figure of the dragon appears rather clumsy, the overall scene of it chasing a cintamani has been executed with skillful brushwork. The artifact was used for containing liquor at royal events.
