Bowl with Inscription of “三加 仁壽府”, Buncheong ware with stamped design

This bowl is incised on its exterior wall with inscriptions of “Samga,” the name a region in Gyeongsang-do Province, and “Insubu,” a government office in Joseon. This buncheong ware is noteworthy in that it employed incising technique rather than inlaying or stamping, which were the most prevalent decoration methods at the time.
