This bowl was unearthed from the placenta chamber of King Sejo (r. 1455–1468). Both the interior and exterior walls are densely stamped with chrysanthemum design, and the inner bottom has an inscription of “Jangheunggo.” Jangheunggo is a government office in charge of supplying commodities at the court.
