Unbuttoning the French fashion from the 18th to the 20th century is a special exhibition that shows the history and culture of France from the 18th century to the 20th century, with the theme of buttons. A button has been considered as a part of clothing, but in this exhibition, diverse buttons will be presented as the main objects reflecting human history and society. You will have a valuable opportunity to understand the history, culture and art of the modern French fashion world while appreciating over 1,800 different exhibits including buttons, garments, paintings, drawings, photographs, crafts and sculptures.
