The National Museum of Korea (NMK) selected 100 masterpieces in its collection and released an iPad application in ebook form. This is the first iPad application developed by the NMK. The NMK chose works with great historical significance and aesthetic value dating from the Paleolithic Age to the early 20th century.

The pictures of the artifacts can be enlarged up to 200%, allowing viewers to appreciate in detail the hidden beauty and characteristics of the artifacts that could otherwise be unconsciously overlooked. Explanations are provided in Korean and English. The application is available at the Korean and US App Store at a price of $4.99.
