Due to the opening reception of the 2010 G20 Seoul Summit, which will be held at the National Museum of Korea, the museum will be closed to the public starting from Tuesday, November 9 to Thursday, November 11.
Also, due to the preparation for the reception, permanent galleries will be partly closed from Wednesday, November 3 to Monday, November 8.
The reception of the G20 summit will be broadcasted by numerous major media sources such as CNN and BBC. Therefore, it will be a good opportunity to advertise the excellence and beauty of Korean cultural heritage.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the museum's temporary closure. Instead, the museum will be open on Monday, November 8 and 15.
