These stone ploughs excavated from the Archaeological Site in Amsa-dong, Seoul, were used by Neolithic people who settled in the area to dig out food underground, such as roots, or break the soil for farming. Made by attaching a chipped stone blade to a wooden handle, these tools are believed to have been very effective in gathering food.
