This is a wooden tablet that was placed at a temple to pray for the crown prince’s longevity. It is set up on the back of a crouching lion with wide open eyes and gaping jaw. The vertically written Chinese characters contain a wish for the crown prince’s longevity. Its sides and top are adorned with a dragon playing with a magic bead, the herb of eternal youth, and clouds.
