Calligraphy and PaintingⅡ
One of the larger, and thus rarer, works of semi-cursive and cursive script written by Yun Sun (pen-name: Baekha, 1680-1741), this calligraphy shows the influence of Chinese masters such as Mi Fu (1051-1107) of Northern Song, and Wen Zhengming (1470-1559) and Dong Qichang (1555-1636) of Ming. However, the bold, thick strokes are more characteristic of Joseon calligraphy of the 17th century.
